Wooden post are set no further than 8 feet. All other types of fencing are no futher than 10 feet.
We use galvanized ringshank nails. The galvanized will not allow the nail to rust. The ringshank will keep the nail from backing out like a screw.

Yes, the fence can run the grade of your ground. However, the height of the fence may be compromised. Depending on what the desire of the fence is to the customer, security or aesthetics.
No, chainlink and vinyl-coated do not come with locks, but wooden and PVC do come with special locking ability.
Chainlink, Viynl-coated, PVC are maintenance-free. Wooden fence may require a minor maintenance depending upon desire ( stain or natural finish)
That is determined on the type fence you have installed. Chainlink, viynl-coated, and PVC will usually last a lifetime. Wood will last anywhere from 15 to 20 years.
The cost is determined by the total of linear footage, plus gates. In all chainlink there will be extra cost for each terminal post.
